Credit card got declined

I was trying to purchase a license and I've got a decline. The credit card is valid and done major payments with him. Screenshot 2020-11-11 at 21 27 54 (3)

Hi, Stripe is saying "Payment declined by customer's bank". The bank returned the decline code "do_not_honor".

Hi, I will call to the bank and double check if something. I haven't received the 3D Secure screen. Will check with them and get back.
