At test case [Set Static Host Network Address Via IPMI] & [Set DHCP Host Address Via IPMI]

the cmd is mismatch. https://github.com/openbmc/openbmc-test-automation/blob/master/network/test_host_network.robot#LL17C1-L17C80

raw 0x00 0x08 is set system boot option.

We do cover for BMC networking scenarios. We are not covering host network settings/configuration

@solonfan looks like we couldnt find who looks at the host side.. Probably if you can submit a patch commit for the same code with the corrected command, that would be great. Thanks
