IPMI SOL activate and trigger shutdown -Fr command from Host

Test steps:

  1. Boot to OS
  2. Start
ipmitool -I lanplus -U root -P 0penBmc sol activate -H xx.xx.xx.xx
  1. Trigger command from host OS partition
shutdown -Fr

  1. Check the Host Rebooted back to partition

  2. Check the SOL connection is still active
