Script using lib Doc robot keywords & Python functions documentation

Reference: https://robotframework-ja.readthedocs.io/ja/latest/userguide/SupportingTools/Libdoc.html

The above tool generates the documents required however, we would need a bit customize and filtering since documents generated are not in its true robot keywords documentation
