Drawing simple shapes?

Hi!

Is there a component which allows me to draw basic shapes like circles, rectangles etc. with custom styling?

If not how would I do this? Using a custom component?

For example We want to build a dashboard for the office and show the availability status using a green or red rectangle besides the name. For that I would need a box with adjustable border radius and fill color.
