Feature request: ability to run openblocks on subpath

It would be very useful to be able to run openblocks on a subpath like: domain.tld/myapp and being able to configure it via environment variable. Eg. OPENBLOCKS_CONTEXT_PATH: /myApp would make the client run on domain.tld/myApp
