Custom Firmware for Third party device

is it possible to Download the custom firmware to third party device? Because i have a designed a board based on Arduino UNO but i want to customize the Firmware and also want to create a custom extension to support in realtime mode. is it possible? I tried with OB, But i cant figure it out.

At present, it can only be implemented by modifying the source code. At present, this function will not be implemented in the short term.
