Add collected OBS statistics to comment column in CSV

To further track down the variations we should dump collected statistics into the comment column from time to time.

This should include

  • TOF Sensor statistics (reset after dump?)
  • Collected GPS stats
  • Other?

This is a temporarily thing, it is not specified and will change without notice.
