restructure and cleanup application.properties file

I think there are some parameters which may not be necessary. It would be good to restructure (meaning organise parameters in sections) and cleanup (meaning removing parameters not needed) the properties file (https://github.com/openbaton/generic-vnfm/blob/develop/src/main/resources/application.properties)
