Add external network field to subnet based on poolName in vnfd.json file and connect to it instead of first router/external router it finds.

Addresses issue #243. To some degree addresses issue #119 and issue #20. Also addresses openbaton/openstack4j-plugin#48 Requires changes to openstack4j plugin as well. openbaton/openstack4j-plugin#59
