[Suggestion] Improve network/sub-network creation with additional parameters

Currently it is possible to create networks and sub-networks by specifying them in VLD, but the creation options are limited.

For example OpenStack supports this additional options for sub-net creation:

• enable_dhcp
• allocation_pools
• gateway_ip
• dns_nameservers
• ...

There are also additional options for network creation that can be taken into consideration.
