OpenBabel-3.1.1-x64 remove all environment variables in $PATH on win10

Environment Information

Open Babel version: 3.1.1-x64 Operating system and version: windows10

Expected Behavior

Normal installation

Actual Behavior

After running the executable installation package OpenBabel-3.1.1-x64.exe all environment variables in $PATH will be removed, only openbabel left

Steps to Reproduce

Just had the nice surprise of having my PATH wiped by OpenBabel too... good thing I keep backups. Why is this being ignored?
