Text suggestion: Change title to 'View all applications' (removing the word 'recent')

Reason for change: Many LGA's don't have any recent applications so the page shows up blank looking a bit like a mistake

Instances to change:

• Links in all planning authority pages e.g. 'View all [recent applications'
• Page title for all planning authorities: e.g. 'All applications from Dorset Council, TAS'
