Figure out why comments sent to Fremantle City Council are bouncing

PlanningAlerts Notifier to Fremantle City Council [[email protected] (mailto:[email protected]). Their email server said "bounced".

I've written to ask them to confirm if we have the right email address.

I've been having a back and forth email with the council as they're eager to accept comments via Planning Alerts, but their system is currently blocking them.
