Reset password prompt email errors on Safari browser on iPhone 10
@Matthew I forwarded a password reset to another email account to open it on my phone. Then Clicked on "reset password" from that email. The results were mixed, and doesn't work on my iPhone X with Safari.
Opening the link in Chrome works fine, a cursor appears blinking in the password field. ✅
On clicking through to open in Safari, I'm unable to interact with the page, can't click in the password field, which initially field flashes a darker colour when I click there, as though highlighting, but then the whole screen freezes at that point. Even so, the password field is highlighted with a blue edge to the box.
If left for a few minutes the screen fades slightly and a flashing cursor and keyboard appear, along with the floating message 'fill out this field' at which point the state has changed, because then I can type into the password field. If I click somewhere else, the screen freezes again. Here's a screenshot although the keyboard didn't render in the screenshot.
and the newly frozen screen doesn't have the highlighted field.
