update canned responses
It's been a while since the 'canned responses' (email client terminology) were first created. They're super helpful. Some need an update, as they're used things change/improvements become apparent, or at least the need for improvement. Often they're a basis for a response, which changes over time, and I experiment with different approaches as my communication skills and lenses change.
What are we looking for when communicating with people who get in touch with planningalerts? What do we always want to say vs what's context specific?
First review of these done, and now superseded by consolidating most of that information into a central help resource #1595
