create summary report for planning authorities DAs/comment received
it would be helpful for people who have sent a comment and for councils to receive a report showing the number of comments and perhaps some other statistics about the status of these comments. Individual DAs and overall (weekly, monthly?)
It's not clear to me why this would be useful to councils or why users would be interested in more general stats and what stats?
to give us, users, and councils an overview, and with regular communication, be good civic tech citizens, some confidence that they've received all the emails that have been sent by us. For example we sent them 50, but they've lost them! We find out about a problem sooner rather than later. It may be possible for things to get lost at their end and we wouldn't know. Also we/I could start to check in with them and this is a baseline of information to discuss.
