Scraper names cannot contain full stop

@kayakr reported they couldn't add https://github.com/kayakr/parliament.nz to morph.io. After testing a few things I've discovered that morph.io does not support scraper names that contain a full stop whereas GitHub does.

You can test this by trying to add a repo like @kayakr described (where it fails silently and takes you back to the same page) or by trying to create a whole new scraper via morph.io (where you get a more helpful error message).
