You may need to delete those books.. and put them into a directory within the "books" directory.. then do a Controls: Rescan Files. We made some improvements in version 4.1....
Reviewing.. Seems like an isolated case, but hard to diagnose. Looks like it is in the Webkit browser code which we don't have any control over.. Anyone else having this...
