返回sessionId是null导致释放设备后wda重启以及atxserver获取地址错误

返回sessionId是null导致释放设备后wda重启(idb.wda_session_ok永远返回False) 重启后的wda地址已经发生改变，但是atxserver还是得到的老的wda地址(main.py 第80~81行，wda_url取值错误)

@hylhyl323323 我遇到session id返回是null的情况，我也遇到这个问题，回退了appium/WDA的2.0.0和v2.3.3。/status返回的sessionID 也是null。 在closed的问题里发现 https://github.com/openatx/atxserver2-ios-provider/issues/12 请问你的解决了吗？

@hylhyl323323 刚刚尝试换到appium/WebDriverAgent v2.9.0可以获取到sessionID
