大安全问题

Thanks for point this issue. It's OK to issue with English (even through my English is poor, but I can still known what u are talking about)

Will it be OK if I set atx-agent to only listen localhost instead of listen on all network interface. @philip-ulrich

If that will still allow it to work with UIA2, that's fine. I am not fully aware of the reason for the listener or if it's needed for things such as the ability to run over a wifi connection.
