[BUG] Missed timers incorrectly marked as `Done`

Describe the bug / Actual behaviour: When a recording timer is missed due to - for example - power loss, it is subsequently marked as Done when power is restored.

Expected behaviour: The timer should be marked as Missed (notably different to 'Failed') with appropriate icon

Has this issue started to happen just recently? No

To reproduce: Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Add a timer for a future event
2. Remove power from/unplug the box for the duration of that timer
3. Restore power to the box
4. Go to timer list
5. Check status beside timer (Done)
6. Press INFO button to see timer log (Timer created is the only entry)

Add another status and icon to a timer will be a massive change and will also affect many 3rd party tools. So i perfer we use failed status.
