Add to README links to all plugins and translations in the default image

I am trying to rectify a translation of the Enigma GUI. There are strings not covered by the current Weblate project. The menus include numerous plugins, which have their own .po files to translate/fix. The problem is that I cannot find sources of some plugins.

For example, my receiver has a fan and uses some plugin called FanControl. I cannot find the source of the string "FAN control" used as a menu entry in the settings menu. I found SimpleFanControl, TempFanControl, ExtFanControl, Extra-FanControl, Dima733-FanControl, etc. but NONE of them is THE plugin actually intalled by OpenATV 7.4 for Sezam Marvel (my box). There is a file called "FanControl.py" in the Enigma sources, but it does NOT contain the menu strings I am looking for. Where is the right source to fix?

Describe the solution you'd like I would ask the OpenATV devs to 1) make a list of all source repos used in the nightly build images of OpenATV, including all plugins, extensions and skins that need translation, and 2) append this list to the end of the Readme.md (or create a special file alongside) so that translators would be able to locate the files they are supposed to work with outside of WebLate.
