Boot-up action: Standby (bug)

Sf8008 - 7.4 openatv

When boot-up action is set to standby, there are few problems.:

  1. Deep standby > Boot // device just boot up, no standby
  2. Reboot // device boot in standby, but if last channel is iptv or stream relay it will keep running in background. In the case of stream relay keeps running in background, no webif streaming of satellite channels will be possible because tuner is already in use.

I need bootup action to be standby after deep standby because I use webif to watch satellite channels remotely over internet.
