VFD: add a way to disable text displays

With the last commits an update has been made for the VFD display. Now we have the menu text displayed. But this can't work for VFD with only 4 characters like the one in SF8008. This LCD hardware can only display channel number or hour.

An example: when we are in the channel menu selection, the VFD display "t"" "" ""-" for TV - Favoris

Thanks to add an option to disable menu display.
