[Timers] Create entry point for users to manage conflicting timers

Related to #2827

Prroblem: Currently (2023-11-11), the only way to manage timer conflicts is to attempt to set a new timer from the EPG.

Suggestion: Provide a menu item to open the ConflictTimer Overview screen.
