[Flash Manager] Flashing into non-current slot still prompts if recording in progress

Describe the bug / Actual behaviour: Flashing into a non-current slot still prompts if there's recording in progress, even though a reboot doesn't happen (Flash Manager returns to Multi-Boot Manager)

Expected behaviour: Don't prompt if there's a recording in progress unless flashing into the currently-active slot.

Has this issue started to happen just recently? No.

To reproduce: Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Flash into a slot other than the currently-active one
2. Follow prompts
