[BackupRestore] removed-list.txt not exhaustive

Because there is a filter in the code with only packages start with enigma2-plugin- or enigma2-locale- , some removed packages are missing in the removed-list.txt

Examples: bash-locale-de bash-locale-fr elfutils-locale-de glibc-locale-de glibc-locale-fr libglib-2.0-locale-de libglib-2.0-locale-fr mc mc-fish mc-helpers mc-locale-de mc-locale-fr nano nano-locale-de nano-locale-fr tar-locale-de tar-locale-fr

In fact these previous packages and the following ones are considered as installed by the user so they appear in the installed-list.txt, but in fact they are installed by default in the image:

minilocale packagegroup-base-nfs packagegroup-base-smbfs-client packagegroup-base-smbfs-server

So during the automatic restore, the process try to install them but they are already up to date.
