Feature Request: Retry plugin installation when failed during restore

Following flash and restore backup, if user selects option to restore plugins and that fails opkg_solver_install: Cannot install package (due to network not ready etc.), the user then has to accept, wait for the box to boot, then manually install plugins (if they can remember which ones)... or re-flash and try restore again.

Needed: option to retry the plugin installation process during restore.
