Adapter for Japan

Created this adapter for Japan, for this source http://soramame.taiki.go.jp/, which contains all the stations in Japan, around 1700 different stations, the pull load from each pull is huge, it should manage to pull it all, I could not test it myself, because my computer is not strong enough to pull from all 1700 stations, but I have managed to pull different slices of the data.

it look like the urls in this source arent working anymore. For example http://soramame.taiki.go.jp/DownLoadBody.php?dlfile=download/202206/202206_00.zip returns (translated)

This is an unregistered file

The DownLoad.php page also doesn't, the onClick method on the button doesnt have a valid download() function in the js
