Found this source for Trinidad and Tobago, does look like it is stationbased and raw: http://ei.weblakes.com/RTTPublic/DshBrdStation

Awesome! So a summary of what we know/need to investigate:

  • [X] Data is ‘raw’ and reported in physical concentrations not in an 'Air Quality Index' or equivalent (e.g. AQI, PSI, API) format, with units (ug/m3 or ppm)

  • [X] Data is at the ‘station-level' with geographic coordinates, not aggregated into a higher (e.g. city) level (coordinates found by clicking on each location)

  • [ ] Data is from measurements averaged between 10 minutes and 24 hours (seems to be hourly), and we know whether the timestamp is for the beginning or end of the measurement period

  • [ ] Programmatic access? (Protip: look at network calls as the page loads to look for internal APIs, files etc so you don't have to scrape data directly from html)

Looks to be programmatic access from pages like this: http://ei.weblakes.com/RTTPublic/DshBrdAMSContent/DBI_Hourly_TimeSeries?aPollutKey=3&fChartType=timeseries&MaxLegendEntries=12&IsStack=False&IsCategory=False&fTSShape=line&Context_Bootstrap_Flag=true&_=1591272343358 should be around 6 of these for each type of param. Data looks to be hourly
