Lots of data missing for France

Found another source for France, mainly for the Brittany region: https://data.airbreizh.asso.fr/index.html It is both csv and json, but the unit is on a scale from 1-10, and not µg/m³

Another source is: https://www.lcsqa.org/fr It uses the same type of measurements, but it covers most of France and its colonies

@magsyg - according to the Data Source Criteria in ther readme, we should only take down rawdata
