according to https://twitter.com/N0mad1c/status/1213780473018585088 their PM readings are actually 24 hour rolling averages published hourly.

@russbiggs currently in au.json it says the resolution is 1hr. The data is a 24hr rolling average that is being published every hour, so the resolution is still 1 hour, correct? Should we update the adapter averagingPeriod 'units' to say 'days' instead of 'hours'?
