New data source for Estonia

The data source http://airviro.klab.ee/en, reports data from 30 station on PMs, Gaseous pollutants. Gives data for historical observations as well.

This source meets all the requirements but it appears to have all the same data the EEA has, in which case we don't need an adapter for this. Need to confirm this though.

Looks like it is more or less the same data as the data from EEA, but this source looks like it has a few stations that does not report to EEA, but EEA looks like they have some data that this source does not have

  • They appear to have many more sites than we are getting from the EEA
  • Needs more investigation
