Update Moscow adapter

It appears that Moscow source is under maintenance and being updated since Sept 11. Will need to adjust/rewrite the adapter when the source is online. Stay tuned.

Apparently this whole source has gone dark. If anyone has insights please chime in. The source has been disabled.
