Hebrew version site needs RTL realignment

The new Hebrew version of site is LTR which makes the text nigh unreadable. It needs to be adapted to RTL. Thanks!

I see no chance with the actual technical setup to implement this. Sorry for that but I have to close it.

Vitepress the framework I started testing in #2096 has experimental support for rtl. Might be worth testing
