FileViz start command does not work with path that has spaces

Trying to open a fileviz object ('U' key) does not work when the path has spaces. There is a related discussion here:

Testing seems to confirm that the above suggestion of double use of double quotes work:

• ie: C:\>start "" "my path with spaces\somedoc.txt"
