GitViz aborts in the middle of loading blocked user account

There is a bug where if a user account's profile is blocked (by over-zealous bots) then the load process will prematurely terminate.

Possibly might be when it try's to load the blocked profile's avatar image, but this is unknown, as we need a blocked account to test.
