Selection Tools

Add new Selection Tools that enhance the users ability to intelligently select nodes. Categories of tools to include:

• GUI controls to select by node parameter ranges, selection set size and probe the environment for a matching pattern of characteristics.
• Console boolean logic with ranges, (perhaps use MySQL select syntax).
• Script logic with parameters that can be tied to custom GUI controls (issue #129,) with ability to edit the script at runtime, (most likely using Python scripting issue #179).
