A lot of configs are mostly duplicated and only differ in codename or specific quirks.

Describe the solution you'd like A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

Some sort of base configs would solve this issue. Device configs only have to overwrite needed changes specific for their device. Ideally a hierarchy is possible i.e. the op5 is based on a base config and the op5t uses the op5 config as base. Im not quite sure if and how this is possible since I dont really know python, but if it works it could significantly simplify the configs. Please just close if this just makes unnecessary work.

Unifying configs with very similar specs, but that would hurt the overview imo.
