Implement Xiaomi bootloader unlocking in OAI

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, Xiaomi provides a Windows-only tool called "Mi Flash" to unlock the bootloader of Xiaomi devices. A multi-platform unlock tool would be a big help for those without Windows devices.

Describe the solution you'd like for Xiaomi devices with locked bootloaders, allow unlocking from within OAI

Additional context https://github.com/RohitVerma882/termux-miunlock is an open alternative, but still requires a lot of work that the average user might not understand/want to do.

https://github.com/francescotescari/XiaoMiToolV2 also exists, but hasn't been updated and no longer works. it might still be useful to look at the implementation though
