Make affiliation matching debuging more efficient

During the debugging process it turned out it is extremely difficult to pinpoint:

• the exact affiliation (number) of the document which allowed to produce the link between publication and organization
• the exact voter module which voted for a match

It will be nice to be able to enable such additional information e.g. in some debugging mode.
