Allow blacklisting springer contents by DOI

Once we pass through an ongoing, experimenting phase we should introduce a mechanism allowing blacklisting plaintexts coming from Springer to avoid processing it and generating any mining results involving blacklisted publication.

This is due to the notifications sent by Springer Nature related to a full text document withdrawal for legal reasons. Therefore it may no longer be used.
