Add GRID to GPT actions gallery

Summary

Adding GRID.is to the examples gallery for GPT actions. GRID lets users connect their spreadsheets with OpenAI to query and interact with data. It uses transient states, so the spreadsheet doesn’t change between requests.

Motivation

This improves the cookbook by showing how spreadsheets can work with AI. Adding GRID gives users more tools to bring their data into AI workflows.
