I want to create a unique and world's first nft collection of cats, they will have uniqueness and all that! I'll make a revolution with imagen I know you haven't allowed commercial use yet, but I think you will in the future I've been your fan since the 1st version that was on github (I generated about 10k images in it) I will not sell them, I really want to start developing the collection
You'll need to sign up to the waitlist on the OpenAI website to get an invitation to the beta, I signed up the day it was announced and only just received an invite yesterday. Also OpenAI created DALL·E 2 which is their text-to-image AI, you're talking about Imagen which is Google's text-to-image AI.
You're correct regarding the terms specifying non-commercial purposes only, NFT's are actually mentioned in the content policy so currently aren't allowed.

It is an invitation to create images with DALL-E 2. Now, it should be easier to be invited but you would be limited to:
- 50 (non-stackable) credits to generate images for the first month,
- 15 (non-stackable) credits to generate images each subsequent month.

Hello, I’m an artist and I would love to integrate DALL-E 2 to my work. I’m planning to do a mix between AI and and my work and create new pieces of art where the spectators can admire the result of AI and men of working together.
I would like to clarify that my intention is purely artistic and that it is not in my plans to commercialize in any way what is produced with Dall-E2.
I can’t wait to try it. I already signed up for the waitlist but I was wondering if there was a way to have access sooner. I’d really appreciate your help on this. Thank you very much!
