Add automatic Toon conversion if json files are used

What feature would you like to see?

I would recomment to use toon as the standard format and also standard conversion if json files are passed to the model https://github.com/toon-format

Currently codex cli, if given a json, plain reads the json, instead of converting the json to toon first.
