What issue are you seeing?

When submitting a specific task to Codex, the request appears to get stuck. The CLI hangs indefinitely without returning a response or throwing an error message. I am unable to determine if this is caused by a network connection timeout or a bug within Codex itself.

What steps can reproduce the bug?
