I have a PR. I want codex to look at it. I write "@code pls review" Codex immediately responds "You have reached your Codex usage limits. You can see your limits in the Codex usage dashboard."
In my dashboard. I am have 100% code review and 60%+ of every other quota available.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
@mention codex and ask for a code review
What is the expected behavior?
For codex to review the code in the cloud.

Same here. To be sure that I'm using the right account I uninstalled Codex GitHub app, then I went to codex/settings to install it again (first double checking that I still have 99% os unused code review quota), but the problem persists.
