Codex stopped doing Code Reviews in GitHub (just gives eyes/looking emoji but nothing more)

What steps can reproduce the bug?

For the past 12 hours, PRs receive the eyes emoji from Codex Bot, but the actual code review doesn't happen. It was working, but ~ 12 hours ago we just now only get "Looking" response, and the eyes never disappear and the code review never ahppens.

What is the expected behavior?

After a short time, the looking gets removed and an actual code review happens.

What do you see instead?

Just the eyes emoji. We have two repos and both are having this problem, it started about 12-15 hours ago.

This was working, but now it stopped.

It's happening today as well after uninstalling and installing again the Connector.

EDIT: Nvm, it took a bit then did it.

It could mean that the job is queued up and that it will process it at some point. Claude does the same it seems.

However, it would be good to have it documented somewhere or in the case the job fails somehow, re-schedule it or leave a heads up comment.
