Add Render as deployment option

I'm an engineer at Render, and we've created a quick way to deploy the retrieval plugin and a vector database. Just click a button that links to https://render.com/deploy?repo=https://github.com/render-examples/chatgpt-retrieval-plugin/tree/main and enter an OpenAI API key. https://vimeo.com/823610578 is a screen recording that shows this flow. We'd love to be included as a deployment option in the docs!
